On-Site Consultation
We meet you at your home to walk the space, hear your ideas, and point out any challenges or opportunities we see. This is where the rough vision starts taking shape.
Step 3
Budget Conversation
Before we draw a single line, we have an honest conversation about money. We’ll show you what your project is likely to cost, where you can save, and where it pays to invest—so there are no surprises later.
Step 4
Design & Renderings
We build detailed 3D renderings of your project in Chief Architect, so you can actually see your new space before construction begins. We refine the design together until it looks exactly the way you want it to.
Step 5
Selections & Proposal
With the design locked in, we help you choose your materials, colors, and finishes. Then we put it all together in a clear, detailed proposal—so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before signing.
Step 6
Permits & Approvals
We handle the paperwork. Pulling permits, navigating local building codes, and coordinating inspections are our job, not yours.
Step 7
Construction Begins
Our crew gets to work. You’ll always know who’s in your home, what’s happening today, and what’s coming next. If anything unexpected comes up, we tell you right away and walk you through your options.
Step 8
Final Walkthrough
Before we call the project done, we walk it with you. We address any final details, answer your questions, and don’t leave until you’re genuinely happy with the result.
