We started by installing pre-finished Hickory hardwood throughout the entire first floor, creating a seamless, cohesive look. To make an even bigger statement, the same hardwood was added to the cathedral ceiling in the dining area—bringing warmth and character that instantly draws your eye upward.

In the kitchen, we made a few strategic layout changes to carve out space for a new pantry—an essential addition for a family this size. The cabinetry features mostly painted white finishes accented with stained oak trim for contrast and depth. The island and custom range hood, both crafted from quartersawn oak, anchor the space with rich texture and natural beauty.

An apron-front sink adds charm and function to the island, while new under-cabinet lighting highlights the quartz countertops and glass tile backsplash, giving the entire kitchen a clean, polished glow.
